My team came up with Oatly Matcha Frozen Dessert, a new product for the famous Swedish brand Oatly. During our work on this school assignment, we performed secondary research and found out about the incredible demand for matcha ice cream in the US market. 

The project consists of a complete company analysis (SWOT, competitor map, target audience) and a detailed application of the marketing model segmenting - targeting - positioning. We also built a marketing campaign that ranges from offline tactics like specialized pop-up stores to online tactics like partnerships and social media challenges.
